Throughout the week we offer:
A listening service

Upcycling Group
Art workshops and exhibitions
Garden Group
Coffee morning
Discussion and focus groups
...and much, much more

Headlight offer a 'Meet and Greet' to new members and this has proven successful. People inform us that they were immediately made to feel welcome, which encouraged them to return, and this goes a long way to people becoming involved.
Headlight work with mental health services, offering support for individuals in crisis situations. It provides a safe place for individuals to discuss their issues and obtain the right support for them at the right time.
Covid-19.
As like the majority of organisations and places we had to temporarily postpone face to face contact, and we closed our building. We are currently offering support online, and via telephone and are adapting ways we can safely move back to face to face support, which will see the offer and availability of activities and groups once again.
For our most up to date view of what we offer please get in touch today and we will be happy to update you of our latest project information.
You are not alone. We support each other to become the best that we can be and improve our mental wellbeing along the way.
